I’ve managed to find a couple of excuses for zooming about in my new car today: this morning there was an alto section rehearsal in Chipping Campden, which I didn’t really want to go to, but suddenly found it vital to attend; and this afternoon I drove R into Stratford to buy a new keyboard when his broke. I think it would be fair to say that I’ve rediscovered my love of driving.
R thinks I should probably try to remember that when I let rip in fluent Anglo-Saxon with the roof down at some other idiot road user, they and everyone else in the county can hear me. I think I should probably just turn my music up to 11.
