A word which describes the quality of concentration I’ve been able to muster today, after having woken at 3.30 am and not been able to get back properly to sleep; and also the level of attention I’ve bestowed on my house guests.
They have all now left the building. I feel that these facts may be not unconnected.
Sigh.
I’m going to get an early night, as I’m clearly no use to anyone and I have to drive up to Birmingham for an appointment in the morning.
